The Ceremony
The wedding ceremony holds significant meaning for various reasons. It serves as a moment where as a couple you recite your vows and express your spoken promises, before your witnesses. This allows your friends and family to witness the bond of love and support between you both.
Secondly it provides formality for you and your guests, showing respect for the vows being exchanged. These time-honoured ceremonies also play a role in navigating our emotional experience through important milestones in our life.
Weddings are slightly different from other types of ceremonies in that they have serious legal implications. Only qualified and registered celebrants or priests can officiate wedding ceremonies, and certain elements of the ceremony are non-negotiable.

Simply Done
For couples who prefer to keep things Intimate, Effortless & Unforgettable, the "Simply Done" package is designed for “Legals Only” and “Elopements”.
This package focuses on the essentials of legally binding your love, in an intimate ceremony.
The ceremony can be conducted at your location, or I can provide options at our Family Rural property on the edge of the Yarra Valley, or Bayside at my Melbourne residence at no additional cost.
What's Included:
Face-to-Face Meeting: A personal consultation at least 30 days prior to your ceremony to discuss all details.
Legal Paperwork: Comprehensive handling of all legal requirements, including the Notice of Intended Marriage.
Commemorative Marriage Certificate: A special keepsake of your union.
Paperwork Lodgement: Ensuring all legal documents are properly completed and submitted.

The ceremony can be conducted at your location in Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Initial No-Obligation Meeting: At my Melbourne Bayside home office or a mutually agreed venue to explore your vision and requirements.
Planning: Guidance on the type of ceremony, themes, and all paperwork.
Follow-Up Meeting: To finalise legal documents and craft your personalised story.
Commemorative Marriage Certificate: A beautiful reminder of your day.
Paperwork Lodgement: Complete handling of all legal documentation.
Professional PA System: High-quality sound equipment for your ceremony.
Vow Writing Assistance: Expert help to express your commitments in your vows.

Optional extras
Those moments between the “I do” and the celebration shouldn’t feel hurried or chaotic. That’s why I offer In-Between Time - up to 2 hours of relaxed, behind-the-scenes coordination, so you can soak it all in (or have photos taken) without worrying about what your guests are doing or where they need to be.
I’ll assist with organising family and group photos, helping everyone be in the right place at the right time (without the stress of wrangling guests). I’ll encourage guests to sign the guest book, pop cards into the wishing well, and gently guide them towards the reception or agreed location.
Throughout this time, I’ll keep everyone in the loop - letting guests know when the bar opens, what’s planned next and where they need to be. I’ll also be a warm, familiar point of contact for your guests and, if needed, touch base with your vendors to keep everything running smoothly.
